Planning and co-coordinating travel for a corporate hospitality event, conference or a major sporting fixture requires experience and careful panning.

When First Travel takes on the transportation for your event, we leave nothing to chance. We will discuss in detail your precise timetable and itinerary with your events team to ensure that we always have the correct number of vehicles and drivers at your disposal to cover each days transportation requirements.

From then on our control team will manage every aspect of the job, employing a comprehensive series of double-check procedures to avoid any time discrepancies and minimise the chance of chauffeur error. Our secure, map-based GPS tracking and communications system is linked directly to both drivers and vehicles. This means that we know exactly where our drivers and your guests or delegates are at any time.

Where required we will also put a dedicated traffic controller (or transport captain) in place on the ground. They will also look into the specific, local traffic conditions in and around the event locations to ensure that the appropriate amount of time is allotted for each journey.
